Managing cafés, tea rooms and restaurants
Culture and food go very well together! We either directly manage or supervise the management of all kinds of eateries on the sites we have been entrusted. A successful visit also includes sharing a meal or a simple, good quality snack in an exceptional setting.
« 5 minutes for a coffee, an hour for lunch – each visitor has their own routine...but they often all arrive at the same time! We have to make sure we are available to all of them, even when we’re under pressure - that’s one of the challenges of our job, but when a customer smiles back at you, it feels worth it. »
